How long does production take?
Every item is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive in 1–8 business days after production, depending on your location in the US or Canada.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't entered production yet, email support@holyorder.co with your order number and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once production starts, we're unable to make changes.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we only ship within North America (US and Canada). Orders shipping to Canada may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
Where's my tracking info?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves production.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to get?
Check our size guide — it has chest and length measurements for every size. Size up for a looser fit, size down to keep it closer to the body.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Since every item is made to order, we're not able to offer size exchanges at this time. Please double check the size guide before ordering.
Returns & Issues
What if my item is misprinted, damaged, or wrong?
Email support@holyorder.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a free replacement or refund. Full details on our returns page.
What if my order never arrives?
Let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can look into it.
Product Care
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Some settling is normal after the first wash — that's not shrinkage.
